Okay. M. Ward & Jim James have been known to collaborate. They played Conan together, toured with Conor Oberst as “The Monsters of Folk” (awesome tour, terrible name), and appear to, in general, be bros. So I suppose I shouldn’t have been shocked that they played a set together at SWSX in some old church, nor should I be surprised how amazing it is.
